Hello!
Every journey has a story, and mine is about building communities, empowering leaders, and creating impact beyond the ride.

A Lil Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Scott Roth, and I’ve always been someone who thrives on building things—whether it’s a business, a community, or a meaningful connection. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that life is all about the ride, and I’m here to help others enjoy theirs to the fullest.
I wear a lot of hats, and I love it that way. By day, I’m a promotional architect and branding specialist with Geiger, helping businesses tell their stories and thrive through creative marketing solutions. By night (and often by day, too), I’m the founder of Bike and Sol, a nonprofit bike shop dedicated to transforming lives through bicycles. And in between, I’m the pastor at Line Lexington Mennonite Church, where I’ve been honored to walk alongside my congregation, guiding them in faith, service, and community building. Whether it’s teaching a teenager how to fix their first bike, brainstorming brand strategies for a startup, or sharing the message of hope from the pulpit, my goal is always the same: to make a lasting impact and help people succeed.
My work is rooted in connection—connecting people to opportunities, resources, and each other. From organizing the local Halloween Parade to supporting families through the Upper Perk Code Blue Shelter, I’ve been blessed to work on projects that bring people together and strengthen our community. I believe that when we show up for each other, incredible things can happen.
I’m also a dad to two amazing kids, Rowan and Ashlyn, who keep me grounded and moving in life. When I’m not busy with work, ministry, or community projects, you’ll probably find me out on a bike, racing with Team Bike and Sol Racing, or enjoying a quiet moment to reflect on the journey so far.
Life isn’t always easy, but I’ve learned that challenges are just opportunities in disguise. Whether I’m guiding a business to build its brand, mentoring youth through workforce development programs, serving my congregation, or simply sharing a laugh with a friend, my focus is on creating moments that matter. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about what we accomplish—it’s about how we show up for the ride.
If you’re looking to connect, collaborate, or just share ideas, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s see where this ride takes us.
